The Streetart Book Magdeburg covers some street artists from Magdeburg. And yeah, me and my buddy are one of the unknown artists in it. Funny, it was just a stupid idea, with a badly organized realization, but still cool enough to make it into that book.
But the intro of that book stinks. Graffiti is pure streetart, mate! And so are stickers! And space invader imitations are pathetic. And so are banksy copies.

Cinelli makes great road and track frames, all super light due to aluminium and carbon. Not really the best conditions to build a polo bike from? Well, let's see. That's what my polo team "the saucy lobstarz" and they thought and now we got these frame sets and will test them on the polo court. Julien has his finished and uses it for polo and is happy with it. I got mine yesterday. Have to get a few parts to get it ready to roll. And my shoulder needs to heal from a bad crash. Damn 6 more weeks with cast. sucks. But hey, I got a frame who smiles at me.

A throw-in polo tournament took place this sunday in Paris. 12 guys came to take part. This made 4 teams. Not much but enough to play the whole day. With qualification round. The 4 best teams qualified for the semi finals. And then there was the big Chicken Final and the small Turkey Final. Darth Vador, the Sushi Master and Maks the Nurse from Rouen made it to the finals as team "les pudeaux" and then they lost 5:4 against the strong but polite "Dans ta bouche, pucelle". Turkey final won "les bites dures" against "polo cul".

Since the german goverment has accepted a new law which allows Schäuble to shut down every internet site which is dangerous in his eyes, since that moment I am afraid that this blog here will be stopped, too. The law at first was developed to fight child porn sites, but now also killer game sites. We do here the famous chess battle, bloody fights with all the weapon we can get. Are we maybe dangerous for the german society? If you hear voices in your head after reading our chess posts, let us know it in a comment, we may can help.

Anyway, check this speech from the NERDCORE guy. He explains perfectly how far away from our future our old goverment is. He declared the war to them. I already read his blog every day, and from now on maybe even twice per day.

C2G Engineering in Magdeburg Germany is working on a fixed gear bike with a very special feature. There will be no chain but instead a toothbelt. The belt is made of rubber and carbonfiber, weights much less than a chain and allows the same performance. Thats what they say. Well, I will see if I ever get the chance to do a test ride.

We cleaned the fountain at Palais de Tokyo this week, as far as possible. A dirty job to get rid of all the mud and broken glass. There is still a half of the field under water, but it will dry if the sun comes back. Nevertheless we played there the last evenings and had champagne at the first night, to celebrate a birthday of one polo player, and the return of THE polo spot of Paris.

I finally received the flip flop hub, new rims and spokes. So I spend the last evenings putting new rims on my old wheels and building a new set for my polo bike.
The result:

You don't need high-tech to get your wheels in a perfect center position. Just use your frame as a support.And some good old gaffa tape and a ruler for the orientation of the rim. Works fine, trust an engineer.
